In-District Admissions

Baltimore City College is an entrance criteria school for which students must submit an application and meet certain academic, testing, and behavioral guidelines. Qualified students should complete and submit the citywide application by the designated deadline. See below for the application. In December of each year, applications are made available by BCPSS middle school counselors and through the BCPSS website at https://www.baltimorecityschools.org/choice. Applications are due January 23, 2026.  Acceptance is determined by the Office of Enrollment, Choice, and Transfers, (based on 7th & 8th grade grades, test scores, etc.) which will notify schools and students of acceptance in early March of each year.
