Newsweek Magazine Ranks City College 520.
Each year, Newsweek picks the best high schools in the country based on how hard school staffs work to challenge students with advanced placement college-level courses and tests. Just over 1600 schools— only six percent of all the public schools in the U.S.--made the list. |

Youth Dreamers startup new Recreation center on Carswell Street
City College junior Dominique Davis is highlighted in an article in the Sun for her work with Youth Dreamers. She and group of local teenagers persevered through red tape, grant writing and years of hard work to create a recreation center on Carswell Street.
